| The name of the
Association is "THE CASTLE CLASS CORVETTE (FRIGATE) ASSOCIATION"
OBJECTS (1) To keep alive the memory of the Castle Class Ships and the comradeship of all shipmates who served aboard them. (2) In furtherance of the foregoing objects, but no further, or otherwise, the Association through its activities shall have the following powers: (a) To take all necessary action for publicising and disseminating information concerning histories, deeds and traditions of Castle Class Corvettes / Frigates. (b) To receive, take and accept any gifts of property, whether subject to any special trusts or not. (c) To invest funds of the Association in such investments as may from time to time be authorised by law. (d) To accumulate funds of the Association for such period as may from time to time be authorised by law. (e) To do all such things as shall further the said objects.
